PM DE400C is ideal for dust proofing concrete and protecting concrete from oil, grease and automotive fluids. It is highly resistant to hydrostatic delamination. Extremely low odor it can usually be installed during work hours. PM DE400C is available with a slip resistant additive on request. PM DE400C is also used as a primer for Milamar waterborne and solvent base urethanes.
